What are you going to do as a Control Systems Designer

As a Control Systems Designer, you will work on the development of high-performance control and motion solutions for complex mechatronic systems. You will contribute to projects within the semiconductor industry, (autonomous) robotics, positioning stages and laser-based communication modules. You will design (advanced) control algorithms, build dynamics and simulation models, and develop path planning strategies for highly accurate and dynamic systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate innovative concepts into robust, scalable and reproducible solutions.

What are your responsibilities

  • Designing and optimizing advanced control algorithms for high-precision mechatronic systems.
  • Setting up and validating dynamics and simulation models to predict and improve system behavior.
  • Developing path planning and motion control strategies for complex trajectories and high dynamics.
  • Analyzing system performance and implementing improvements based on simulations and test results.
  • Collaborating with mechanical, electronic and software teams to realize integrated system solutions.

Are you someone who

  • holds a PhD or master’s degree in Control Engineering or Mechatronics, supplemented by at least 5 years’ relevant work experience.
  • excels at designing advanced control algorithms, setting up dynamic models and running simulations.
  •  has demonstrable experience in path planning, motion control and system optimization.
  • feels at home in high-tech fields such as semiconductors, robotics, positioning stages or laser-based communication modules.
  • works in a structured manner, communicate clearly and know how to translate technical complexity into practical solutions.

Our customer

You will be working for our customer who is at the forefront of of high-tech mechatronic systems using advanced control engineering, modelling and motion control.

Who are we?

Technology means progress. Continually finding ways to do things differently, to improve products, services, and processes. That is what makes the heart of every technology organization and tech professional beat faster. In the projects they are working on, but also for themselves. That means something different for each individual. For one person, it means being guided to their dream project; for the other, it means developing their skills. Making that possible, that is the human touch. And that is what makes our heart beat faster.

ENTER specializes in multiple competencies: Chemical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics, Production Development and Software Technology.

ENTER's professionals work with our partners and customers on a project basis. We select and match projects and employees by focusing on experience, ambitions, personality and, of course, a passion for technology. Communication and writing skills also play a role in making the ideal match.

Our business managers and recruiters work closely together, making sure we have the right colleagues available for our customers at the right time. We also offer our employees a broad career perspective.
